“ I've reviewed 400+ applications in the last two weeks within marketing (not a remote role) and I would love to see more metrics in applications. I want to know the data and what was successful within your past role.”

The handful of times I have hired freelancers, that was exactly what I was looking for. Usually, hirers are just normal, stressed people looking for anyone who can make their lives easier.
