My assistant and I have started including screenshots of the LinkedIn posts so you can go to LinkedIn and reach out to the listers directly. I realized including the context of the LinkedIn post can be important (so you can tell them you saw the job post) and that you reached out because of it.

A conversation is always a better place to start rather than a faceless job posting.

Starting next week, we will keep all jobs from past weeks that are still open, and all new ones (not included in a previous issue) will be marked with as “new”.

This way, if you miss something in a previous week and applicants are still being accepted, you’ll still be able to catch it again 💪
